  • Does my roof need to be replaced?

Most people think that a leaking roof always needs to be replaced. However, this is not always true. Sometimes, missing, cracked, broken, and curling shingles can be repaired and replaced to stop a leak. A replacement is usually only considered for older roofs, roofs with multiple leaks, or widespread issues.

  • What will it cost to replace my roof?

The cost will vary depending on the size of your roof. Not two roofs are exactly the same. The only way to get an accurate estimate is with measurements. Contact us for a free estimate. We can have one ready the same or next business day.

  • Can I be indoors while the roof is being installed?

Of course! The interior of your home will not be altered. We will try to complete the installation as quickly as possible.

  • What color roof should I get?

We recommend picking a color that complements the rest of your home. However, color is a secondary consideration. You need to pick the material first. We’ll provide samples during our visit to make your choice easier.

  • Can I power wash my roof?

Some people have certainly tried power washing their roofs. However, power washing is not ideal because it can remove granules from your shingles. This can reduce their life expectancy and even void the roof’s warranty. Instead, we recommend a soft wash. This uses an eco-friendly solvent, which specifically removes algae without damaging your shingles or plants in the yard.

  • Why is my insurance making me replace my roof?

Your insurer probably does not want to take any chances. Even if you don’t have any leaks now, any roof over 15 years of age is at an increased risk. That’s why many insurers require a much higher yearly premium or just refuse coverage. We can protect your roof with proper permitting and provide a wind mitigation report for your insurance company. You will then be eligible for coverage at a much lower rate.

  • Do you offer wind mitigation?

Of course! At the end of the project, we can provide a wind mitigation roof report. You can submit this report to your insurance provider to lower your premiums in some cases.
